This webinar will explore the benefits of water and mud play through the multiple intelligences. Engaging with water and mud offers a delightful and enriching experience for students of all ages, supporting their development across various intelligences and enhancing their strengths in these areas. Additionally, this webinar will provide practical examples for educators on how to effectively facilitate water and mud play both outdoors and within the classroom setting.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This webinar is designed for anyone who facilitates nature-based education and outdoor learning, which may include: teachers and administrators in preschool, childcare, or elementary school settings; naturalists, environmental educators, or outdoor educators; wilderness survival enthusiasts; parents/grandparents/aunts/uncles.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Morgan is an educator, conservationist, and artist. She has been teaching formally and informally for six years. She has a Bachelor's degree in science and a Masters in teaching. She believes in a student-centered teaching method that is led by the children's interest. Encouraging children to be independent and helping them develop the confidence to explore and discover the world around them is extremely important to her. She lives in St. Louis and enjoys traveling, crocheting and being outside in her free time.
